All LES HABITUDES purchases are final sale.
Due to the vintage, archival, and often one-of-one nature of our inventory, we do not accept post-purchase cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color, or other preference-based reasons.
Please review all product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional measurements, photographs, or details prior to purchase.
VINTAGE + ARCHIVAL CONDITION
Many pieces in the LES HABITUDES archive are vintage, deadstock, archival, or delicately constructed garments and accessories.
Minor variations, signs of age, or characteristics associated with long-term storage may be present. Any notable condition issues identified during inspection will be disclosed.
Because of the age and delicate nature of vintage fabrics, embellishments, leather, and other materials, we cannot accept responsibility for wear, damage, or changes that occur after an item has been delivered.
SIZING + FIT
Measurements are approximate and provided as a courtesy. Fit may vary depending on body type, undergarments, tailoring, and personal preference.
We cannot guarantee fit. Please compare the listed measurements with a garment you already own or contact us before purchasing if additional measurements are needed.
COLOR + APPEARANCE
Colors may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, display settings, and the device used to view the item. We make every effort to represent each piece accurately.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISREPRESENTED ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive the wrong item, or if an item arrives damaged or materially different from its description, contact us promptly at contact@leshabitudes.com with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue.
Our final-sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. The FTC, for example, treats certain practices involving damaged, defective, or different-than-ordered merchandise as potentially unfair or deceptive.
EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS
Where applicable, consumers purchasing online in the European Union may have statutory withdrawal and consumer rights that supersede our general final-sale policy, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for many distance purchases. Certain exceptions apply.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
