ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders placed through leshabitudes.com are currently available for delivery within the United States.
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.
All orders with a merchandise value of $1,000 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery. Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
Orders under $1,000 may also be shipped with signature confirmation and/or additional insurance at LES HABITUDES’ discretion depending on the value or nature of the item.
DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking information provided to monitor delivery.
Carrier delays, weather, address issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
For shipments requiring signature confirmation, LES HABITUDES is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts resulting from no authorized recipient being available to sign for the package.
If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or you experience another delivery issue, contact us at contact@leshabitudes.com so we can review the shipment and assist where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at contact@leshabitudes.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.
VINTAGE + ARCHIVAL PIECES
Much of the LES HABITUDES archive consists of vintage, deadstock, one-of-one, or delicately constructed garments and accessories.
Each order is packed carefully with consideration for the materials, construction, embellishment, and age of the piece.

International checkout is not currently available directly through our website.
